The opportunities he got because of his dedication and achievement to Celebrity and Royal Caribbean Company since 1999 - 2008, from employee of the month until employee of the year, based of these experiences he returned back to Bali to set up recruiting agency (PT. Saraswati Manajemen) and hospitality school to help young generation who wants to learn hospitality knowledge and work in hospitality industry like restaurant, hotel and cruise line.
